How Do You Keep Your Hair Clean?

One of the many things I hate about Urticaria is trying to look like I take care of myself.Simple things that everyone else takes for granted.I shave everyday using an eletric shaver.I wash my clothes everyday,etc. When it comes to keeping my hair clean,I can't wash my hair(or shower).I have to wipe my hair down with paper towels.And,sometimes I wet my hair a little then dry it off.Yes,I do get some intolerance reaction at some point within a day or 2. I like to dress neat and tidy.I can use Dove soap to wash my hands without having a bad reaction at all. So,back to my question,how do you keep your hair clean? Thanks.
